VOCES by Ingrid Rosario: The $27 Skool Room With a Fully Paid Roster

VOCES is Ingrid Rosario's Spanish-language Skool mentorship for worship singers: 101 members, $27 a month, $2,673 MRR and almost every member paying.

VOCES is Ingrid Rosario's Spanish-language Skool mentorship for worship singers and church music leaders, priced at $27 a month with 101 members, and it sits at rank 49 in the Skool Games Music top 50 on $2,673 of monthly recurring revenue. Divide those and you get $26.47 per member against a $27 sticker, which means effectively every profile in the room is paying.

That is the cleanest roster we have measured in the Music category, and it is the reason this breakdown is worth reading even if you have no interest in worship music. A 98% collection rate on a hundred-member room is a community-health signal that almost no Skool room achieves.

Who is Ingrid Rosario?

Ingrid Rosario is a Latin worship artist with a recording career long enough that her songs return their own autocomplete cluster: "el poder de tu amor", "digno y santo", "en tu nombre", "te bendecire". Her Skool bio describes more than 30 years in ministry, and the VOCES about page says she is sharing what she learned across more than 35 years of trajectory.

That is an unusual asset to bring to a community launch. Most people starting a Skool room are building an audience and a product at the same time. She arrived with a catalogue that people already search for by song title, which is why a room eight months old has the highest visitor count in this batch on the lowest price.

Ingrid Rosario
Latin worship artist and founder of VOCES, a 101-member Spanish-language Skool mentorship community at $27 a month for singers, worship leaders and church music teams. Her Skool bio describes more than 30 years in ministry and the community's about page refers to more than 35 years of trajectory. VOCES is structured around three voices, technical, spiritual and leadership, and includes a masterclass, a monthly live group session and vocal and ministry resource libraries.

How VOCES sells

The structure is three nouns and it is the best piece of information architecture in this batch: Tu Voz Tecnica, Tu Voz Espiritual, Tu Voz de Liderazgo. Your technical voice, your spiritual voice, your leadership voice.

Read what that does. A worship singer shopping for vocal training is usually choosing between a secular vocal coach who can fix their technique but not their context, and a church mentor who understands the context but cannot fix their technique. Naming three voices says both are inside, and adds a third the buyer had not thought to ask for.

The leadership voice is the commercially important one, because it changes who the product is for. Vocal technique is bought by singers. Leading a team is bought by worship leaders, who are older, further into their careers, and running a rota of volunteers who all need the first two voices. It quietly turns a personal purchase into a professional one.

The opening also does something the English-language market has largely forgotten how to do. "Tu voz no fue creada para perderse en el ruido" is a promise about meaning rather than about outcomes: your voice was not made to be lost in the noise. There is no streams number, no follower count, no income claim anywhere on the page. For this audience that is not a weakness, it is a qualification.

What the about page actually says

The full VOCES about page follows in the original Spanish, with emoji and tick marks stripped. The wording is otherwise untouched, because translating a sales page changes the thing being studied. Markers sit on the five lines that carry the offer. Hover one for what it is doing, in English.

Source and edits: the copy above is the community's public Skool about page, kept verbatim in its original Spanish because translating a sales page destroys what is being studied. Emoji and tick marks were removed. No wording and no Spanish spelling was changed. The 35 years of trajectory and the described contents of the membership are the page's own claims and we have not tested any of them. Membership, price, staffing, MRR, traffic, reviews and rank come from a single pull on 30 August 2026; Skool's board moves weekly.

A 98% collection rate

$2,673 of MRR across 101 members is $26.47 each, against a listed price of $27. In practical terms, essentially every profile in VOCES is a paying subscriber.

Most rooms do not look like this. Member counts accumulate lapsed cards, comped seats, admins and grandfathered rates, and the gap between the sticker price and the real revenue per member is usually large. In this batch it runs from 98% at VOCES down to 44% at Sound Horizon Academy.

Music room Members Price MRR Collected per member Share of sticker
VOCES 101 $27/mo $2,673.00 $26.47 98%
Artist Academy W/Issy 43 $65/mo $2,853.08 $66.35 102%
NotaMuhendisi 69 $59/mo $3,040.00 $44.06 75%
Musicwork Pro 36 $150/mo $3,579.00 $99.42 66%
Sound Horizon Academy Elite 222 $47/mo $4,570.50 $20.59 44%

Two things produce a number this clean. There is no free tier, so nobody sits in the room without paying. And the community is eight months old, so there has not yet been time to accumulate the lapsed-card tail that every mature room carries.

What a clean roster is actually worth: at 98% collection, growth and revenue are the same conversation. At 44%, they are not, and half of any traffic budget is being spent to replace revenue that is already sitting inside the community. The audit is one division. Do it before you buy visitors, not after.

Low price, high traffic, positive growth

468 visitors on the 30 August pull is the highest in this batch and it comes with the lowest price, which is the opposite of what usually happens. It is what a recording catalogue does for a community launch.

MRR growth was positive at $81, modest but in the right direction, and the only other room in this batch with meaningful positive growth charges more than five times as much. A $27 price against a Spanish-speaking worship audience is priced for reach rather than for margin, and 101 members inside eight months suggests the read was correct.

The trade is the one every cheap room makes. At $27 a month, one founder-led live session a month is sustainable and one to one attention is not, which is why the deliverable list is a masterclass, two resource libraries and a single monthly group call. The comparison with a $150 room serving 36 people in the same category is the clearest illustration on the board that price sets the shape of the product, not the other way round.

The Spanish-language advantage

VOCES and the Turkish room at rank 43 are the two youngest communities in this batch and both are non-English. That pattern keeps appearing on the Skool board and it is worth naming.

Spanish-language worship music is an enormous market with a deep artist ecosystem and very little structured online mentorship. The English-language equivalent has been served by vocal coaches, worship conferences and course platforms for two decades. Autocomplete bears it out: "worship vocal coach online" and "christian vocal training" return a crowded English cluster, while the Spanish demand around Ingrid Rosario's own name and songs is almost entirely unmonetised by anyone teaching.

Skool's 2026 international expansion, covered in our Skool News #70 recap, made this practical rather than theoretical by widening local-bank payouts and non-English discovery. If you already work in a language other than English, that is the arbitrage.

The funnel, step by step

Spanish-speaking worship singers and church music leaders find Ingrid through more than three decades of recorded music, read a page that promises meaning rather than metrics, and convert into a $27 mentorship with one live session a month.

The formula you can copy

Name the parts of the transformation, not the modules. Three voices is a better organising idea than eight courses because the reader can hold it in their head and can immediately tell which one they are missing. The wider version of this is in how to write a Skool about page.

Add the buyer above your buyer. Vocal technique sells to singers; leading a team sells to worship leaders, who have more money, more responsibility and a rota of people who also need the first two things. Finding the professional version of a personal purchase is often worth more than any price change.

And if you are launching from an existing body of work, price for reach. A catalogue is a front door most community owners do not have, and $27 across a hundred people is a better use of it than $150 across twelve, at least until the room is large enough to support tiers. Where that threshold sits is the subject of how to price a Skool community.

Frequently asked questions

What is VOCES by Ingrid Rosario?

VOCES is a private, Spanish-language Skool mentorship community founded by Latin worship artist Ingrid Rosario for singers, worship leaders and church music teams. It has 101 members at $27 a month, two admins, eight courses and 287 posts since December 2025. The membership is organised around three voices, technical, spiritual and leadership, and includes a full masterclass, a vocal exercise library, a ministry resource library and one live group mentoring session with the founder each month.

How much does VOCES cost?

$27 a month on the 30 August 2026 pull, as a single price with no membership tiers and no free trial listed on the about page. That is the lowest price of any community in this batch and one of the lower prices in the Skool Games Music top 50. Prices change without notice, so check the community's own about page rather than relying on any figure quoted elsewhere, including here.

Who is Ingrid Rosario?

Ingrid Rosario is a Latin worship artist with a long recording career, best known for songs including "El Poder de Tu Amor", "Digno y Santo" and "En Tu Nombre". Her Skool bio describes more than 30 years in ministry and the VOCES about page refers to more than 35 years of trajectory. The community is the teaching arm of that career rather than a separate business, which is why it launched with traffic most eight-month-old rooms do not have.

Is VOCES in Spanish?

Yes. The about page, the community and the mentoring sessions are in Spanish, and the audience is Spanish-speaking worship singers and church leaders. Skool supports communities in any language and lists language as a discovery attribute, so a Spanish-language room appears to Spanish-speaking members browsing the platform. We have kept the about copy in its original Spanish in this breakdown for exactly that reason.

How do you train your voice for worship singing?

The structure this community uses is a reasonable answer: technical work on breath, range and control so the instrument is reliable, plus preparation for the specific demands of leading rather than performing. The part general vocal training misses is that a worship leader sings while directing a congregation and a team, which is a different task from singing a set. That is why offers in this niche pair vocal exercises with leadership material rather than selling technique alone.

Why do so few members appear to be non-paying?

Because there is no free tier and the room is young. VOCES collects $26.47 per member against a $27 price, roughly 98%. Communities accumulate non-paying profiles over time through failed cards, comped seats and grandfathered rates, and rooms that run a free layer count those members in the same total. A room eight months old with a single paid price has had neither the time nor the mechanism to build that gap.
