What is "private lessons available" doing at the bottom of a $69 page?

It is turning the membership into a qualifying step for a one-to-one business. The line is last, it carries no price, and it converts every member into a warm lead for a product that costs several times what the room does. Private guitar tuition in most markets runs from roughly $40 to $100 an hour, so a single weekly student is worth about $170 to $430 a month, somewhere between a twenty-fifth and a tenth of this room's entire monthly revenue.
