Pocket Singers Elite: The Skool That Publishes Its Costs
Pocket Singers Elite is Zane Rima's Skool singing community, 153 members at $29 a month, nine admins, and an about page that prints its coaching spend.

Pocket Singers Elite is Zane Rima's private Skool community for people who want to sing better without booking private lessons, with 153 members, nine admins and a live price of $29 per month during a sale. Buried in its feature list is a line no other community in our corpus has ever printed: what it spends on delivery. The page states $3,500 a month goes to vocal coaches, karaoke sessions and workshop replays.

Who is Zane Rima?
Zane Rima runs Pocket Singers Elite on Skool as @zanerima and presents himself as a vocal coach. His Skool profile lists Florida and an account opened in December 2023, a week before the community itself, and his bio is the offer in two lines: "Learn to sing better in 30 days! No 1:1 Sessions or Music Knowledge Required."
The about page describes guest coaches drawn from his network and a team of coaches with, in its words, years at Pocket Singers Elite, which is an unusual thing to be able to say about a community that is not yet three years old.

How Pocket Singers Elite sells
It sells the absence of the thing everyone else sells. "Sing better in 30 days without needing 1:1 calls" takes the format the entire vocal coaching industry is built on and turns it into the objection being removed.
That is a bolder position than it looks, because private lessons are not a bad product, they are an expensive and intimidating one. A beginner booking a one-to-one has to sing alone, to a stranger, on a schedule, at a price per hour. The page replaces all four of those frictions at once with sixteen group calls a month, and then adds a line that reframes the group setting as the feature rather than the compromise: witness real-time breakthroughs happening live, and get witnessed in yours.
The second half of that sentence is the good part. Being watched improving is not something a private lesson can give you, and for a skill whose real obstacle is embarrassment, an audience of people at your level may be the actual medicine.

Nobody publishes their costs. This page does.
Across more than three hundred community breakdowns we have read pages that publish prices, member counts, refund windows, guarantee terms, admin lists and even VAT treatment. We had never seen one publish what it spends on delivery until this one.
The effect is worth understanding, because it answers a question the reader is already asking without appearing to answer anything. A $29 price on a coaching product invites the thought that the coaching cannot be real. "$3.5k/mo invested in vocal coaches" does not argue with that thought, it just puts a number next to it, and a number is much harder to dismiss than an adjective.
The arithmetic is worth doing rather than admiring. At the sale price, 153 members at $29 is roughly $4,437 a month at most, and less than that once the nine admin seats are taken out, against a stated $3,500 going out to coaches and sessions. The page does not publish how the roster splits between the $29 and $155 tiers, so we cannot say what the margin actually is. What we can say is that the room chose to print an outgoing at all, which is the opposite of what a page hiding a thin offer would do.
| What the page publishes | Figure |
|---|---|
| Stated monthly spend on coaches and sessions | $3,500 |
| Standard price during the sale | $29/mo |
| Standard price before the sale | $49/mo |
| Premium price during the sale | $155/mo |
| Live group calls included | 16 per month |
| Stated value of one private session with the founder | $280 |
| Workshop replays available | 300+ |
Put the last two rows together and the offer makes its own case. One session with the founder is priced at $280 on this page. A month of sixteen group calls is $29. The page never draws that comparison in words, and it does not need to, because it has laid both numbers on the same surface.
Publish a cost, not just a value: if your price looks too low to be credible, the fastest way to fix it is to show what you spend delivering it. A stated outgoing is specific, checkable in spirit, and much harder for a sceptical reader to argue with than another testimonial.
Nine admins, and a correction to our own record
Nine admins against 153 members is roughly one per 17. When we broke down Louis' Trumpet Academy we called its one-per-22 the richest staffing in the Music category, and two rooms further down the same board have now beaten it: this one and The Sync Alliance, both at about one admin per 17.
The reason is the same in both cases and it is not generosity. Sixteen live calls a month is four a week, every week, and somebody has to be on each of them. A room promising scheduled live contact has hired a team whether or not it thinks of itself as having one. The cross-category record still belongs elsewhere, to a certification programme running roughly one admin per eight members, where assessment rather than delivery is what forces the staffing.
What the public board says
Skool's leaderboard puts Pocket Singers Elite at rank 23 in Music and 1,311 globally, with around 1,208 visitors in the window we pulled, the highest traffic of the four Music rooms we broke down this run. It was also the only one of the four showing a positive 30-day recurring revenue change.
It is also the only one of the four running a live discount. We are not going to claim one caused the other from a single reading, but the combination of the highest traffic and the only positive revenue direction in a batch is worth writing down, and it is checkable again next month.
The sale itself carries the one maintenance risk on the page. "SUMMER SALE" has no end date, which spares it the calendar rot we keep finding on other about pages, but it does carry a season, and a summer sale still running in November reads as neglect rather than as an offer. Seasonal urgency ages more slowly than a date and it still ages.
The funnel, step by step
Singers arrive from beginner and adult-learner searches, land on a page that removes the private lesson and the price objection in the same breath, and enter at $29 with the $155 tier already visible.
The room has posted 3,736 times since December 2023, which against 153 current members is around 24 each. A room open since 2023 has had two and a half years to accumulate that total against a roster measured today, so the number is a record of how much has happened rather than of how much is happening.
The formula you can copy
Sell the removal of the format your market is scared of. Private lessons are the default in vocal training and they are also the barrier, so a page that says "without needing 1:1 calls" is not describing a lesser product, it is naming the reason people never start. Find the industry-standard delivery format in your niche, ask what it costs your buyer emotionally, and sell its absence.
Then price the thing you are not selling. Putting $280 on a single session with the founder does more work than any claim about value, because it gives the reader a second number to divide by. That is the same logic as publishing a whole ladder rather than one price in isolation.
And if you can afford to, publish a cost. Almost nobody does, which is exactly why it lands. Where $29 and $155 sit against the rest of the platform is covered in how to price a Skool community, and the wider argument for specificity over adjectives is in how to write a Skool about page.
Frequently asked questions
What is Pocket Singers Elite on Skool?
Pocket Singers Elite is a private Skool community founded by Zane Rima for people learning to sing without private lessons. It costs $29 per month during a stated sale, with a $155 premium tier, and has 153 members, nine admins and 3,736 posts. Members get four live group calls a week, sixteen a month, covering pitch, tone, riffs and runs and range, plus weekly karaoke sessions, more than 300 workshop replays, and weekly progress checks from the coaching team.
How much does Pocket Singers Elite cost?
Twenty-nine dollars a month while the summer sale runs, reduced from a stated $49. A premium plan is advertised at $155 per month, reduced from $197. The about page does not state when the sale ends and does not publish refund terms, and the difference in contents between the two tiers is not itemised on the page.
Who is Zane Rima?
Zane Rima is a vocal coach and the founder of Pocket Singers Elite. His Skool profile lists Florida and dates from December 2023, and his bio reads "Learn to sing better in 30 days! No 1:1 Sessions or Music Knowledge Required." The community's about page refers to guest coaches from his network and prices a one-to-one session with him at a stated $280.
Can you learn to sing as an adult?
Yes. Voice teachers generally describe singing as a coordination skill built from breath support, vocal fold closure, resonance and pitch matching, all of which respond to training at any age, and adult learners often progress quickly because they can understand and apply instruction. What is commonly reported to change with age is elasticity and stamina, which tends to affect the extremes of a range rather than the ability to sing well. The real obstacle for most adults is not the voice, it is being willing to make bad sounds in front of somebody.
How long does it take to get good at singing?
Noticeable improvement in pitch accuracy and breath control usually arrives within a few weeks of consistent short practice, which is why thirty-day promises are common in this niche and not unreasonable for that specific band of progress. Sounding reliably good across a full range, in different styles, under the pressure of performing, is a multi-year project. Anyone selling you the second timeline at the first price is selling you the wrong thing.
Are group singing lessons as good as one-to-one?
They are different rather than strictly worse. A private lesson gives you undivided diagnostic attention, which is faster for correcting a specific technical fault. A group setting gives you frequency, exposure to other voices at your level, and repeated low-stakes practice at singing in front of people, which is the part most learners actually avoid. For confidence and consistency the group format can be the stronger option, and for a stubborn technical problem the private session usually is, which is why this community sells the group format as the default and holds one-to-one time back as a prize.
