Lifestyle Founders Skool: Dan Harrison's $1,500 Room

Lifestyle Founders is Dan Harrison's $1,500/month Skool room: 139 members and $119,883 on the leaderboard. How few members does high ticket need?

Lifestyle Founders Skool: Dan Harrison's $1,500 Room

Lifestyle Founders shows how few people a high-ticket room needs: Dan Harrison's Skool group listed 139 members at $1,500 a month on 6 November 2026, and the leaderboard displayed $119,883 a month, which is what about 80 members paying the full price would produce and more than many rooms with thousands of members.

The sticker and the leaderboard do not fully reconcile, which is the most interesting part of the page. Here is the arithmetic, then the offer.

The numbers, 6 November 2026

  • $1,500/month displayed price
  • 139 members, 4 admins
  • $119,883/month displayed on the leaderboard, 29th overall and 3rd in Business
  • 5.0 from 12 reviews
  • 22 courses, 432 modules, 1,825 posts
  • Created 2 September 2024

How many members does a $1,500 community need?

About 80 members at full price would equal what the leaderboard displayed, which is 57% of the 139 listed. The same monthly figure takes very different headcounts at lower prices:

Monthly price Members needed for $119,883
$1,500 80
$297 404
$49 2,447
$9 13,321

Real rooms confirm the pattern. Responsible Adult University has 8,237 members at $8 and displayed $63,226, about half as much with 59 times the people. Before copying either end, work through our community pricing guide, because price decides who you must deliver for.

Does $1,500 times 139 members match the leaderboard?

No, because 139 members at $1,500 would be $208,500 a month, and the leaderboard displayed $119,883, a gap of $88,617. That works out to about $862 a member, or 57% of the sticker.

We cannot say why from the page, but the data offers some candidates:

  • A recent price. The offer record in our read was created on 5 November 2026, one day earlier. Older members may pay a different amount.
  • Trials. The offer opens with a 30-day trial, so some members may not have paid yet.
  • Team and non-paying seats. Four admins sit inside the count, and others may be comped.

Treat each as a possibility, not a finding. The useful conclusion is that the listed price can overstate what a room collects per head, and that the headcount is small either way.

What does Lifestyle Founders sell?

It sells a client-acquisition and delivery process to people who already charge high fees, not a beginner course. The description addresses "Experts, Coaches & Consultants" and promises a path to a "Million Dollar Lifestyle Business" using AI, ads and Skool.

Dan Harrison
The owner, @dan-harrison. His bio lists "Former CFP", "7-Figure Coach" and "Student of A Course In Miracles", alongside tacos and being a girl dad. An unusually human bio for a $1,500 room.

The about copy is one sentence long. It stacks three claims, $30M in career sales, three Skool Games wins and more than 1,000 coaches and consultants, then names the mechanism as a "Simple but highly leveraged Sales & Delivery process". All of that is the owner's own claim and we have not verified it. Our September review of Claude for Coaches recorded lower figures on that older page, $25 million and 750+ coaches, so check which number is current.

Don't confuse this with Lifestyle Founders Group, the separate community at a different address that the same review mentions. The paid room here sits at the slug quantum100.

Why does the entry offer say "30 Day Love it Or Leave it Trial"?

The trial exists because a $1,500 decision needs a way to test the room before committing, and the page carries the buyer to a longer offer. The tier's benefits read "Start with a 30 Day Love it Or Leave it Trial", then point to a separate offer page outside Skool.

So the about page is not doing the selling. It qualifies the reader and hands over. That fits the ticket size: very few people commit $18,000 a year, which is what $1,500 a month comes to, from a paragraph.

What can a builder copy from a room this small?

The copyable part is the shape: a narrow buyer who already earns, a short page and a real amount of delivery. Twenty-two courses and 1,825 posts across 139 members is about 13 posts a member, with four admins, or roughly one for every 35 people. Few members can still be a lot of service.

The builder lesson: at $1,500, you need dozens of the right people rather than thousands of curious ones. That swaps a traffic problem for a trust and delivery problem, so only choose it if you can deliver results to people who already charge for their expertise.

Our guide to communities for coaches lists other rooms for this buyer. The full ranking is in the November leaderboard.

What should a buyer check first?

Read the external offer before anything else, because the terms that matter were not on the about page we reviewed. Ask what the trial requires, what happens at day 31, how long the commitment runs, who coaches you, and whether the Skool Games and sales figures can be evidenced. Check whether your own fees and margins can carry $18,000 a year.

We reviewed the public about page as Skool displayed it on 6 November 2026 and did not join. Sales, coaching and Skool Games figures are the owner's own claims. The leaderboard figure is what it displayed that day. The Skool Files is not affiliated with Lifestyle Founders or with Skool.

Skool displayed $1,500 a month on 6 November 2026, and a tier benefit mentions a 30-day trial. Confirm both at checkout, since the offer record was only a day old.
