Familias Molonas: The $10,000 Skool Price That Isn't One

Familias Molonas by Educa en Positivo shows JOIN $10,000 on Skool while its page says the community is closed. What the five-figure price actually means.

Familias Molonas is the Spanish-language parenting community run by Educa en Positivo, and its Skool join button currently reads JOIN $10,000. That is not the price. The about page opens with COMUNIDAD CERRADA TEMPORALMENTE and sends readers to a waiting list, and the five-figure number is being used as a door lock. Behind the shut door there is a real business: 233 members and $5,286.08 a month on 31 August 2026, twenty-first in Relationships on Skool's Games board.

The numbers

  • Relationships niche (positive parenting, in Spanish)
  • Rank 21 on the Skool Games Relationships top 50, global rank 1,304
  • 233 members, 8 admins, roughly one per 29
  • Join button shows $10,000 while the page says the community is closed
  • $5,286.08 MRR, 30-day change -$228.00
  • 301 posts, created 26 January 2026
  • 455 visitors listed
  • Waiting list hosted off Skool on a Tally form

The fourth five-figure door lock, and the first outside music

We have now recorded four Skool communities whose join button shows an implausible five-figure number while their own copy says the doors are shut. Every one of them is Spanish-language.

Community Button shows What the copy says
Templo de Ingenieria Musical $100,000/month Closed, waiting list
DJ Academy Online $100,000 one time ACCESO CERRADO, Instagram waitlist
Bateristas del Reino $10,000 COMUNIDAD CERRADA, waiting list
Familias Molonas $10,000 COMUNIDAD CERRADA TEMPORALMENTE, Tally waitlist

Skool provides a lockdown setting for exactly this situation. In all four of these rooms the join button was still live and priced when we read it, which is what a room using that setting would not show. Setting a number nobody will pay and leaving the page standing keeps the about copy indexed and the waiting list collecting while making the join button functionally inert.

The reason this one matters more than the previous three is that it breaks the pattern's boundary. The first three were all music rooms, which made it easy to read as a quirk of one corner of the platform. A parenting community doing the same thing means this is a convention that Spanish-speaking Skool owners have arrived at independently across unrelated niches, and it should never be reported as a real price by anyone reading these pages.

$10,000 is also the more dangerous number of the two. $100,000 is absurd enough to read as a joke on sight. $10,000 is inside the range of things people genuinely sell, so a visitor arriving cold has no reason to assume it is a placeholder.

Who runs Educa en Positivo?

The account that owns the community is a brand account named Educa en Positivo, and the about copy names the two people behind it as Isabel and Dani. No surnames appear on the page and none are asserted here.

Educa en Positivo
Educa en Positivo (Isabel and Dani)
Spanish positive-parenting educators operating under a brand account rather than a personal one. The profile bio reads, in Spanish, that they transform families to change the world and that 31,823 families have already done it. The community's own subtitle rounds that to more than 30,000 families, which is the correct way round: the page quotes a floor, and the profile carries the exact figure.

That is worth pausing on, because it is the opposite of a defect we keep finding. Communities routinely type a number into their copy that Skool already renders live, and it goes stale within weeks. Here the public-facing claim is deliberately below the counted figure, so it can only ever be an understatement.

What does Familias Molonas sell?

A household run as a team, sold to Spanish-speaking parents who want cooperation instead of shouting and punishment. The about copy is reproduced below exactly as Skool renders it, written without diacritics per this site's convention and with the original wording untouched. Five markers sit on the lines worth studying.

Two blank prices and a five-figure button on one page

Read that copy against the live page and there are three different prices in play, none of which is a price. The button says $10,000. The value stack says HOY solo $../mes. The instructions say click Join --$/month.

The blank placeholders are the second instance of this exact defect we have logged, after a drum room whose founder-member pricing line was also empty. The likely cause is benign: Skool can inject the live price into about copy, and when the price is removed or the group is closed the token has nothing to render. The consequence is not benign. A page that states a value of over 1,900 euros and then shows an empty field where the discount belongs has published an anchor with no counterweight, and a reader who wants to know what it costs has to leave and join a waiting list to find out.

Closing a room with 8 admins and 233 members

One admin per twenty-nine members is dense staffing, and it is consistent with a capacity decision rather than a wind-down, though the page states no reason and we do not infer one.

The offer promises separate support networks for neurodiversity, for teachers and for adolescence, plus live sessions with the founders, monthly challenges and the possibility of a personal session. Every one of those is delivered by a person. Closing intake is how a room like that protects the promise while it staffs up, and the thirty-day revenue change of -$228.00, about 4% of the base, is what a closed door looks like from the revenue side: mild attrition rather than collapse.

Compare it with She Rises, five places higher on the same board, which carries the same eight admins for roughly half the members and stays open. Two founders reached opposite conclusions about the same constraint.

Closing a community is a legitimate move, but a fake price is not how to do it: Skool ships a lockdown setting. Using a five-figure number instead leaves a live, clickable purchase path advertising a figure the seller does not want and would not honour, and it exposes the page to being screenshotted as a real price by anyone who does not read Spanish. If you need the doors shut, shut them with the switch built for it and let the copy carry the waiting list.

The formula you can copy

Segment inside the membership, not across products. Neurodiversity, teachers and adolescence would each justify a separate paid offer, and each would need its own launch, funnel and calendar. As named rooms inside one community they multiply the reasons to join without multiplying the operation.

Quote a floor, never a total. More than 30,000 families cannot go stale. The exact figure on the profile can, and does, the moment the next family signs up.

Let the state of the door do the urgency. A closed community with a waiting list is scarcity a visitor can verify in one click, and unlike a calendar date it cannot expire into an embarrassment. If you are weighing a closure yourself, read what the platform actually charges in how much Skool costs, how the same door lock played out in Templo de Ingenieria Musical and DJ Academy Online, and where closed rooms sit on the Skool Games leaderboard.

Read on 31 August 2026 from the community's live about page and from the row Skool publishes for it on the Games board. The Spanish about copy is reproduced word for word, with accents removed to match this site's plain-text convention; no wording has been changed, added or translated inside the quoted block. The $10,000 shown on the join button is reported as displayed and is explicitly not treated here as the cost of membership, because the same page states the community is closed. The 31,823 families figure is the operators' own claim and has not been checked. Nothing here is parenting, medical or educational advice, and the neurodiversity support networks named on the page are peer support rather than clinical services.

Frequently asked questions

What is Familias Molonas on Skool?

Familias Molonas is the Spanish-language parenting community run by Educa en Positivo, built around turning a household into a team through cooperation, clear limits and connection. It lists support networks for neurodiversity, teachers and adolescence, live sessions with Isabel and Dani, monthly masterclasses and challenges, more than 25 practical workshops and unlimited access to their Method. The room shows 233 members and 8 admins.

Does Familias Molonas really cost $10,000?

No. The join button displays $10,000 while the top of the same page says the community is temporarily closed and directs visitors to a waiting list. It is a placeholder used to stop new signups, and it is the fourth Spanish-language Skool community we have documented doing exactly this.

Why do some Skool communities show a $10,000 or $100,000 price?

Because the owner wants to close intake without unpublishing the page, and sets a price nobody will pay instead of using Skool's lockdown setting. The about copy stays indexed and the waiting list keeps collecting. Whenever you see a five-figure round number on a Skool join button, read the about copy before assuming it is real.

How do I join Familias Molonas?

You cannot join directly while the community is closed. The about page links to a waiting list form, and the operators say members of that list will be told first when the doors reopen.

Is the community in Spanish?

Yes, entirely. The about copy, the live sessions with Isabel and Dani, the workshops and the support networks are all Spanish-language, and the audience is Spanish-speaking families and teachers.

What is the strongest idea a founder can take from this page?

The sub-network structure. Building named rooms for neurodiversity, for teachers and for adolescence inside one membership captures three separate search audiences on one operation, and it is why a closed community can still list 233 members and eight admins against $5,286.08 a month, which is $22.69 per listed member.
