AOS Annual: Ming Fung's Year-Only Skool Coaching Group

AOS Annual is Ming Fung's Skool group for parents of speech-delayed children, sold by the year only. The numbers, the offer, and the closed-door price.

AOS Annual Coaching Group is Ming Fung's private Skool room for parents teaching speech-delayed children, and it is the only community we have measured whose entire pitch is a refusal to be tried. The about page opens by telling short-term buyers not to join. On 31 August 2026 the Skool Games board placed it fourth in Relationships on $18,971.42 a month from a roster of 102, against 60 listed visitors.

The numbers

  • Relationships niche (parent coaching for childhood speech delay)
  • Rank 4 on the Skool Games Relationships top 50, global rank 323
  • 102 members, 6 admins, roughly one per 17
  • Join button currently reads CLOSED
  • $18,971.42 MRR, 30-day change -$2,492.25
  • 198 posts, created 11 November 2024
  • 60 visitors listed, the lowest of any room we have measured
  • Four named programs, all bundled, all for one year

Who is Ming Fung?

Ming Fung runs Agents of Speech and describes himself in one line on his Skool profile: "I help parents teach their speech-delayed children." He is the sole listed owner of the room, which is supported by six admins.

Ming Fung
Ming Fung
Founder of Agents of Speech and owner of the AOS Annual Coaching Group on Skool. His entire public positioning is a single sentence about a single buyer, and the community page carries the same discipline: it names the four programs, states the term, gives an email address, and stops. Six admins support 102 parents, which is roughly one per seventeen and among the richer staffing ratios in this category, though not the richest in this batch.

The room opened on 11 November 2024, making it a little over twenty-one months old. It carries 198 posts against 102 members, which is light traffic for that age and consistent with a business whose value is delivered inside structured programs rather than in a feed.

What does AOS Annual sell?

A year of access to four sequenced speech programs, sold as a single commitment with the monthly buyer explicitly turned away. The page's own words are below, unedited except for the redaction noted at the end. Five markers are numbered alongside it; hover any one to see why that line is doing work.

1An annualized plan for parent coaching. Do NOT join if you want to "try it out" for a month or two. We want committed parents for THE YEAR.

2This includes all parent coaching programs we have:
Talk To Me (non-verbal program)
• Let's Talk More (single word -> sentences program)
• Tell My Why (Verbal Reasoning + Sequence Description program)
• My Story Time (Story Narration program)

3You will have unlimited access to all the coaching programs above for 1 year.

4We'll also have monthly Q&A calls to ensure you're all caught up

The $100,000 button is not a price

The join control on this page reads CLOSED, and the figure Skool renders beside it is $100,000 as a one-time charge.

We have now recorded this pattern five times across the rooms we have measured, and this is the first instance we have found on an English-language page. Templo de Ingenieria Musical showed $100,000 a month, DJ Academy Online showed $100,000 once, and bateristas del Reino and Familias Molonas showed $10,000, all four on pages that simultaneously announced the doors were shut. Three of those four rooms publish their copy in Spanish, which is why we had been treating the pattern as a Spanish-language one. AOS Annual makes the fifth and is unambiguously English, so the language association does not hold. The consistent reading is that a five-zero number is being used as a door lock rather than as an offer: it keeps the listing alive on the leaderboard while making a purchase effectively impossible.

The practical consequence for anyone reading a Skool page is that a price is only a price when the button will actually take the money. If the same page says CLOSED, the number beside it is furniture. We do not report these as real prices, we do not rank them, and no reader should treat $100,000 here as what a parent paid.

Sixty visitors, and the densest ratio in our records

$18,971.42 against 60 listed visitors is $316.19 of monthly recurring revenue per listed visitor. The highest figure previously recorded across the rooms we have measured was $77.72.

Room Visitors listed MRR MRR per listed visitor
AOS Annual 60 $18,971.42 $316.19
The Next Chapter 242 $18,809.00 $77.72
Quietly Becoming 712 $5,401.33 $7.59
One Brotherhood 2,170 $13,027.50 $6.00
Relationship Skool 11,354 $5,506.75 $0.49

Skool does not publish the window its traffic column covers, so this is a ratio between two published numbers and not a conversion rate. The number is still worth staring at, because the closed door explains it. A room that has stopped accepting members stops being browsed, while the revenue from the members already inside keeps being counted. High revenue over near-zero traffic is what a shut door looks like on a leaderboard, and it is the opposite of the growth signal it superficially resembles.

Per member, the room carries $185.99 a month, or $2,231.92 a year if every seat renews. That is the figure worth holding on to, because it is derived from two numbers Skool publishes rather than from a button that is not taking payments. It is also, like every share-of-roster figure we report, a division rather than a count: it does not establish that 102 people are each paying $185.99.

Why an annual-only term fits this particular buyer

Because the outcome cannot be delivered in a month, and the founder has decided to say so instead of hoping nobody notices.

Speech progress in a delayed child is measured across seasons. A parent who buys thirty days of access will not see the change, will conclude the method failed, and will churn while blaming the product. Selling only a year removes that failure mode from the business entirely. It also removes a large part of the market, which is the trade being made in sentence two of the page, in capital letters, on purpose.

The cost of this decision is visible in the traffic column. Sixty listed visitors is not a discovery engine. A term this demanding cannot be sold cold at scale, so it needs a warm audience, which is exactly what Agents of Speech supplies from outside Skool.

Match the term to the outcome, then say it first: if your result takes a year, a monthly plan is not a friendlier offer, it is a churn machine that lets buyers judge you before your method has had time to work. Naming the term in the opening lines costs you every short-term buyer and saves you every refund conversation. What it does not do is find you customers, so the acquisition has to be solved somewhere other than the about page.

The formula you can copy

Put the disqualifier before the benefits. "Do NOT join if you want to try it out for a month or two" is the second sentence on this page. Everyone still reading has pre-agreed to the term.

Sequence the deliverables so the buyer can locate herself. Non-verbal, single words, reasoning, narration is a ladder, and a ladder makes a long commitment legible in a way a content library never does.

Give one live touchpoint and call it catch-up. A monthly Q and A is the cheapest thing on this page and it is the only thing preventing a twelve month term from feeling like an unattended download.

Working out the number attached to a twelve month term starts with how to price a Skool community. If everything is already bundled there may be nothing left to gate, a problem Skool membership tiers takes on; the platform's share of a single annual charge is in how much Skool takes in fees; and comparable rooms sit on the Skool Games leaderboard.

Everything above comes from two places read on the same day, 31 August 2026: the community's live about page and its row on the Skool Games board. The about copy is reproduced as published, with two changes disclosed here: two hyperlinks are replaced with a note, and the founder's email address is written with the at sign spelled out rather than as a live address. The $100,000 figure rendered beside a CLOSED button is reported as a listing artefact and not as a price anyone has paid; we make no claim about what membership actually costs, because the page does not say. AOS Annual is a parent coaching program, not a clinical or medical service, and nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a review of results. The traffic column carries no stated period, which is why the per-visitor arithmetic here is presented as a relationship between two published figures and never as a rate at which visitors convert.

Frequently asked questions

What is AOS Annual Coaching Group on Skool?

It is Ming Fung's private Skool community for parents of speech-delayed children, sold as a one-year plan that bundles all four of the Agents of Speech coaching programs: Talk To Me for non-verbal children, Let's Talk More for single words into sentences, Tell My Why for verbal reasoning and sequence description, and My Story Time for story narration. Monthly Q and A calls are included. The roster read 102, supported by 6 admins, when we checked.

How much does AOS Annual cost?

The page does not state a payable price. The join control reads CLOSED and Skool renders $100,000 as a one-time figure beside it, which we treat as a door lock rather than an offer, because this is the fifth room we have recorded showing a five-zero number on a page that simultaneously says the doors are shut. Anyone wanting the real terms would need to ask the founder directly.

Can speech therapy help with speech delay?

Speech and language therapy delivered by a qualified professional is the standard route, and a parent concerned about a child's speech should start with a paediatrician or a licensed speech and language therapist. AOS Annual is parent coaching, which is a different category of service: it teaches a parent techniques to use at home. It is not a substitute for assessment or clinical care, and this article makes no claim about its effectiveness.

Why does the room show only 60 visitors?

Because the door is closed. Skool's traffic column reflects people looking at the page, and a community that is not accepting members stops being browsed while its existing revenue keeps being counted. That combination produces an extreme revenue-per-visitor ratio, which is a symptom of a shut door rather than evidence of unusually efficient marketing.

Why sell an annual plan instead of a monthly one?

Because the outcome takes longer than a month. A parent who buys thirty days will not see meaningful speech progress in that window and will cancel believing the method failed. Removing the monthly option removes that outcome from the business, at the cost of every buyer who wanted to sample first.

What is the most useful number on this page for another founder?

$185.99 of monthly recurring revenue per member, which is the leaderboard revenue divided by the published roster. It is the one figure here derived entirely from numbers Skool publishes, and unlike the button it does not depend on a price nobody can currently pay.
