Katie Goodling's Circle Migration and Growth Boost Story

Katie Goodling reported new members after moving from Circle to Skool. Examine the migration lesson, Growth Boost limits and current art offer.

Katie Goodling's Circle Migration and Growth Boost Story

Katie Goodling's Circle migration story combines two changes: simplifying her membership and receiving additional traffic through Skool. In a July 27 Skoolers post, she reported roughly eight to ten new members in 24 hours after people sent screenshots of ads for her community. It is a creator report, not verified paid conversions or an advertising return calculation.

What changed in the migration

Katie said she moved in June after about two years on Circle. Her July post described the migration as complete, allowing her to concentrate on improving the experience for existing and future members. The useful lesson is about attention after a move, not a claim that changing software automatically improves a business.

Her profile also exposes a June 27 comment explaining that she had moved away from Circle and an extensive funnel setup. She described the resulting simplicity as helpful to her and her members. That supports the consolidation theme, but it remains her assessment; we did not inspect either private setup.

In the original thread, Katie credited Evelyn Weiss's community for convincing her to move. Other replies largely offered congratulations. They did not supply a conversion audit, retention cohort or independent confirmation of the eight-to-ten figure.

The art membership behind the story

Healing Art with Katie currently advertises adaptable watercolor and art-journaling activities. The About page showed a private community, 189 members, two admins, $7/month and a 5.0 rating from two reviews on 10 October 2026. These present-day figures must not be backdated into the July campaign.

Current offer snapshot

Healing Art with Katie • $7/month • 189 visible members • Two reviews • Checked 10 October 2026. Roster size is not audited paid membership.

1 An introductory watercolor course offers a starting point without requiring members to choose from a large library.

2 Weekly live Watercolor Wellness classes are advertised as a recurring practice rhythm.

3 Art journaling, morning pages, tutorials, supply demos and challenges extend the experience beyond one lesson.

The copy addresses people dealing with difficult life circumstances and makes wellbeing claims. This article evaluates membership packaging, not clinical effectiveness. We did not verify credentials, health outcomes, workshop totals or private lesson quality.

Why the traffic claim needs boundaries

Screenshots of advertisements and reported new joins suggest a plausible acquisition connection. They do not establish how many joins became paid members, whether other channels contributed, how long members stayed or what advertising cost. There is no basis for calculating MRR from the current roster and entry price.

Compare this with Pat Stuart's warm-audience conversion story: assistance converting known followers is a different acquisition situation from introducing an art membership to unfamiliar visitors. Both belong alongside the Growth Boost results analysis, not in a guaranteed-results promise.

What a builder can take from it

Complete the member journey before treating incoming traffic as success. A clear first lesson, a recurring activity and an obvious place to ask questions make the offer easier to understand. The Classroom guide and About page guide explain those design choices.

If you are moving a community, record what members must do next, what access is preserved and where old resources now live. Then evaluate activation and renewal separately from joins. This is our practical analysis, not a description of Katie's private migration procedure. The engagement guide helps frame the next stage.

Frequently asked questions

What did Katie report about Growth Boost?

Roughly eight to ten new members in 24 hours after people showed her advertisements for her community. The figure is self-reported.

When did she move from Circle?

Her July 27 post says June, after approximately two years on Circle. We did not independently audit the migration dates.

What is Healing Art with Katie's current price?

The About page displayed $7/month on 10 October 2026. That does not establish the price during the reported campaign.
